Who we are
Built to keep the outdoors open
ParkPass started as a simple answer to overcrowded parks — and grew into the platform behind millions of great visits.
Since 2019
Our Story
ParkPass launched in 2019 with support from Booking.com's Booking Cares Fund to solve overcrowding in Western Canada's parks. Since then, our simple reservation tool has evolved into a flexible platform that manages bookings, capacity tracking and guest communications across campgrounds, recreation centres, ski resorts, festivals and more.
We've added features like live-capacity alerts, dynamic waitlists and integrated payment processing — but our focus remains on easy setup and clear, dependable support.
Today, organizations of all sizes use ParkPass to streamline operations and keep their visitors coming back, while spending less time juggling systems and more time crafting memorable experiences.
